Examining the impact of schizotypal personality traits on event-related potential (ERP) indexes of sensory gating in a healthy population

Abstract The aim of this study was to better understand the relation schizotypy traits with sensory gating ability in a sample community-dwelling individuals high and low traits. Sensory assessed through paired click paradigm mid-latency evoked responses (i.e., P50, N100, P200), while were SPQ-BR which used classify participants into “high” “low” groups. Based on prior work, we hypothesized that those highest scores would have reduced ability.
